Incoming Erasmus
Curso 2017/2018
HOW TO BE ADMITTED AS ERASMUS STUDENT:
1.- BILATERAL AGREEMENT
Your Home University should have a bilateral agreement (updated) with ours in the framework of Erasmus + program.
2.- NOMINATION
Home University should send your nomination to incoming.inef@upm.es including this information:
- Name of University and Faculty/School.
- Name of Home coordinator and email.
- Study level: 1st cycle, 2nd cycle or 3rd cycle.
- First name and last name of the student.
- Email to contact the student.
- Period of exchange: Winter semester, spring semester or entire year.
Deadline for nominations and applications (1st Cycle):
- Winter-term (or for an entire year at UPM): 01/June.
- Spring/Summer term: 01/December.
3.- APPLICATION
When our office will receive your nomination, student will be able to submit the following documents:
1st CYCLE STUDENTS:
A) Excel document with (send the excel document, not pdf):
a. Student Application Form.
b. Learning agreement UPM format with the courses you will attend in Madrid. Signed and stamped by your Erasmus Coordinator. (Note: Check the course catalogue –find it below- in order to know if courses are available during your staying at UPM). Nevertheless, you will have the opportunity to make changes on it during your first week at UPM.
c. Foreign Students Register.
d. Library Register.
e. Etc.
Remember to include your signature and ID Card, photo or Passport as image into the excel document.
B) Transcript of records (all grades you have attained at home University so far, stamped by the University).
C) Copy of National ID Card or Passport (pdf or jpg).
D) Learning agreement from home University.
E) International Insurance: copy of the OnCampus International Insurance www.oncampus.es
F) Photograph of the student.
2nd CYCLE STUDENTS:
To apply as Master´s student you should click HERE.
First Call: From February to April.
Second Call: From May to June.
(Please, check official dates for each academic year)
Language Level Required : B1 Spanish.
4.- ACCEPTATION
When you finish all your process, you will receive the result of your admission.
5.- WELCOME DAY
International Office from INEF will determine a Welcome Day for Incoming students. This date will be provide to the student and will be the first day in the Faculty.
